But don't think linking this wine to summer is a negative — this is a serious wine with the backbone of a good white. Light salmon in colour, it shows a faint spritz at first in the glass and bottle, which doesn't bother and disappears quickly with air. As you'd expect in a rosé, the nose shows touches of fresh red fruit, not too pronounced, just enough, with some citrus freshness in the background.
