Vincent Fils Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cuvée 2019
Vincent Fils Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cuvée 2019 - 2019 is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
According to the acid/alcohol balance of the harvest and the judgment of our winemaker Antoine VINCENT, we carry out total or partial malolactic fermentation. Each of our parcels are vinified separately and blended progressively after stamping and regular tasting. The wines are finished with bentonite (natural clay) if necessary, followed by light filtration. The final Cuvée of Tête de Cru will rest for a long period in high temperature controlled stainless tank until bottling. The marriage and harmony between the different origins will begin in the tank and will be completed after three to four months in the bottle.
Color Light and pale yellow, with hints of green, pleasant and clear. Truffle: crispy and ripe, citrus, apples and lemon, almonds and smoked hazelnuts. Hints of mineral and good freshness. Mouthfeel: Fresh and forward, good richness towards the mid-palate, very classic in its definition. Lots of ripe fruit, almonds, some delicate oak, and a light smokiness. Harmony: A complete wine with a pleasant mineral and roundness. Good intensity, fresh, with a beautiful volume.
