The 10 Year Old is the result: a craft whisky made by a team of just a few distillers.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMatured for 10 years in bourbon casks and sherry casks and bottled at 43%, it shows red berries, green apple, peat smoke and malted cereal on the nose. The palate is creamy, with honey, toffee, red berries and peat smoke. The finish is medium, with peat smoke, spice and oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBalanced and complex, it works as well for a relaxed evening as for a special dinner. Serve neat or with a drop of water.
