On the nose, bright notes of nectarine, Mirabelle plum and honey, plus floral ‘nuances’ of Earl Grey tea and lemongrass. On the palate it's intense and elegant, with flavours of apricot in syrup, hog plum, candied orange peel, ginger and walnut, all lifted by vibrant acidity and a long, citrusy finish. The vintage was considered challenging, with a late start to the harvest in January 2022, but made up for it in quality; only around 2,400 meticulously selected cases were made.
