The large steam-heated stills produce a fruity, elegant spirit, the opposite of the Yoichi style.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMatured in American oak and sherry casks and bottled at 45%, it shows pear, green apple, vanilla and flowers on the nose. The palate is silky, with toffee, peach, malted cereal and almond. The finish is medium, with vanilla, oak and spice.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBalanced and complex, it works as well for a relaxed evening as for a special dinner. Serve neat or with a drop of water.
