It goes back to my great-grandfather, José Francisco Prior, a small farmer from Souselas who devoted his life to the vineyard, selling his wine in Coimbra's bohemian taverns.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOver time the vineyards were scattered and the wine business was lost. But over the last decade my father, José Prior Lucas, began recovering the plots that belonged to his grandfather, making wine to share with family and friends. Inspired by that dedication and love of the land, I decided to carry on this tradition, bringing my great-grandfather's vineyards back together and reviving the wine that once marked the region.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting Notes:\u003c\/strong\u003e A light, bright red colour. On the nose, notes of fresh red fruit and earthy nuances recalling mushrooms.
