On the nose it's very floral and subtle, with notes of dried rose petals, fine spices and a light hint of black peppercorn.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the palate it's medium-bodied, with a fine texture and great tension, and a vibrant freshness that gives it a nervy, extremely food-friendly profile. The fruit is restrained and discreet, favouring purity, lightness and precision.
