Sidónio de Sousa Special Cuvée 2018 Magnum (1,5L) is a prestigious DOC Bairrada sparkling wine, made traditionally south of Ancas (Anadia). This exclusive Magnum edition stands out for its highly limited run of just 840 bottles, ideal for cellaring.

Made from a special blend of Bical (75%), Arinto (15%) and Maria Gomes (10%), Sidónio de Sousa Special Cuvée 2018 Magnum is a sparkling wine of exceptional elegance after seven years of cellar ageing. On the nose it impresses with its complexity and aromatic finesse: notes of toasted bread, candied orange peel and butter biscuit intertwine in a classic, refined profile.

On the palate the mousse is creamy and enveloping, supported by an extremely fine, well-integrated bead that adds texture and sophistication. Vibrant acidity — typical of Bical and Arinto — ensures freshness and balance, while the depth of the whole leads to a long, elegant and memorable finish.
