All alcoholic beverages available for sale in the Vinogrande online store can only be purchased by individuals who are of legal age to do so in their country of residence.

Under current legislation in Portuguese territory, Vinogrande is required to add VAT at the legal rate in force respectively for all products. The prices displayed always include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

The description, image, and any other information of a product presented in the Vinogrande virtual store may be changed without prior notice. The images shown for each product may differ from the product delivered.

Prices are indicated per 750ml bottle, except when the product description indicates a different capacity.

Special promotions launched on the Vinogrande website may not apply to the physical store.

Generally, an order takes 2 to 5 days to be delivered in mainland Portugal and 5 to 7 days in Europe and the rest of the world (except for exceptions beyond our control).

Orders are normally sent by a transport company.

The cost of transportation depends on the weight of the order and the respective delivery destination and is the responsibility of the customer, unless indicated otherwise.

The cost of shipping for orders outside mainland Portugal is not included in the final price of the order, so you should contact Vinogrande to know the additional cost.

The payment methods accepted in our virtual store are: cash on delivery, multibanco reference, bank transfer, and credit and debit card (via PayPal). For more information, you should consult the Payments page.

If Vinogrande cannot supply a customer's order in part or in full for immediate dispatch, the customer will be contacted to decide the most appropriate procedure to solve the situation.

For orders made through the website, if payment is not settled within a maximum period of 15 days, they will be cancelled.

All products sent must be examined by the customer immediately upon receipt. If any imperfection or damage to the product is detected, the customer must return it to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the shipping guide, and immediately notify Vinogrande.

Vinogrande is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages - it is the responsibility of the customer to seize the respective order. In case of return of the product, Vinogrande will only refund the value of the merchandise.

Vinogrande acknowledges to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into with it, allowing them to return the products within 14 days under the terms of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 of April 26 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of May 20.

The sale or provision of alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 16 is prohibited (article 2 of Decree-Law 9/2002 of January 24).
