Description
Egon Müller-Scharzhof, in the Saar (Mosel region), is one of the world's most prestigious Riesling estates, and the slate Scharzhofberger vineyard is its benchmark.
This 2022 Kabinett is a light, naturally sweet Riesling balanced by vibrant acidity. It shows green apple, peach, citrus and white flowers, with a slaty mineral touch and low alcohol. It ages very well.
Pair with spicy Asian dishes, foie gras, blue cheese or fruit desserts. Serve at 8–10 °C.
Store the bottle lying down, away from light and vibration, at a steady 12 to 14 °C. At Vinogrande every bottle is carefully packed so it reaches you in the best condition.
