Description
Early autumn is harvest time in these lands. Made from estate grapes, all from vines over 30 years old at altitudes between 850 and 900 metres. Careful fermentation at 25ºC and post-fermentation maceration for 7 days. Aged for 5 months in American and Central European oak barrels.
Intense cherry red with violet glints. Aromas of ripe red cherry and blackberry combine perfectly with toffee and subtle vanilla. Elegant and juicy on the palate.
