João Clara Negra Mole Branco – Limited Edition is a singular wine that stands out for its unusual origin, made from a red grape vinified as a white, clearly reflecting the Algarve terroir.

It has a straw-yellow colour with bright glints, showing great clarity in the glass. The nose is delicate but interestingly complex, dominated by white fruit such as pear and green apple, with a mineral, saline component recalling the nearby sea.

On the palate it shows vibrant, well-defined acidity; it's a dry wine with a slightly silky texture, balanced by striking freshness.

The finish is persistent and refreshing, with minerality taking a leading role.
