The wines are aged entirely on lees and clarified by natural decantation, without filtration or fining. This Cuvée reveals the character of Pinot Meunier, one of the favorite grape varieties in the Marne Valley region. It is blended from a base of Pinot Meunier (57%), 10% Chardonnay and 3% Pinot Noir, enriched with reserve wines matured in the Solera process started in 1998. Low dosage (4.5 to 5.5 g/liter ), true to the style of the house, which offers a beautiful expression and great generosity in its aromas.
