Every year, an important proportion of wines from previous harvests known as 'reserve wines' are incorporated into the cuvée at a rate of 20 to 40% in order to achieve this objective. The harmony of Brut Classic is due to an exceptional aging of at least 30 months on lees, the quality of its grapes (97% coming from the great Champagne crus), the selection of such crus (from 20 to 30), all coming from the heart da Marne, the use of first pressure wines and the fair balance between the three great grapes of the Champagne region: Pinot Noir (1/3); Pinot Meunier (1/3) and Chardonnay (1/3).

This Champagne should preferably be served at receptions, served with cheese canapé, seafood poultry such as shrimp, it can also be served with the simplest green leaf salad or with the most sophisticated terrine of seafood, poultry or even Even with cold pasta salad, cheeses are also welcome such as Emmental or Swiss, brie or Dutch tilsti.

Color A deep golden color, exceptional, "finesse".

Aroma Very expressive, white floral notes, toasted bread, almonds, and ripe fruits, pears.

Flavor In the mouth the freshness of the chardonnay and the unctuousness of the pinot noir combined with the softness of the pinot meunier, with a fruity and very persistent finish.
