Description
Aÿ-based Gosset is one of the oldest wine houses in Champagne, dating back to 1584. Grand Rosé is the house rosé, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a little red wine.
It shows strawberry, raspberry, cherry and citrus, with gentle spice, a delicate mousse and a fresh, silky, persistent palate.
Pair with salmon, tuna, duck or game birds. Serve at 10–12 °C.
