Secret Spot Wines
Douro, Portugal · since 2004
Secret Spot Wines was born in 2004, when Rui Walter Cunha and Gonçalo Sousa Lopes, who met at UTAD university, rented a winery at Quinta da Faísca in Favaios to make their own Douro wines. Rui handles winemaking and Gonçalo viticulture; the name comes from surfers' 'secret spots'.
