Description
Dehesa de los Canónigos Solideo 2021 is an age-worthy red, classified as Reserva, from Spain's prestigious Ribera del Duero. It's made only in exceptional vintages, from vines over 80 years old.
Solideo is Dehesa de los Canónigos's reserve wine and was revived to celebrate the winery's 25th anniversary in 2014. Its name means 'Alone before God', and is also used for the silk skullcap worn by the Pope, bishops and some clergy to cover their heads: a reference to the winery's ecclesiastical origins.
A wine reserved only for exceptional vintages. A long-lived wine that spells elegance in capital letters.
