Description
Domaine Fevre Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 2021 is an exceptional 100% Chardonnay from the celebrated south-west-facing Les Preuses slope in Chablis, Burgundy.
Elegance and power define the remarkable nose, recalling apple, lemon, white flowers, toasted almonds, honey and oysters. On the palate it's vibrant and complex, with a chalky mineral texture and white and citrus fruit. A long finish and ageing potential.
The wines are harmonious and generous, but you need to keep them in the cellar for a few years to enjoy all their subtlety and complexity.
