Nose: Expressive and delicately perfumed, with notes of apple blossom and ripe pear, plus subtle quince nuances adding complexity.
Palate: Balanced and enveloping, with good structure and volume without losing lightness. The acidity is fine and precise, supported by distinctive mineral expression. It ends long and persistent, with a silky, unctuous, slightly waxy texture.
