Description
The Jean-François Ganevat Côtes du Jura "Clos Champ Bernard" 2010 is a very rare natural white wine made from 100% Savagnin in the Jura, France. The 2010 vintage stands out for its aromatic complexity, balanced acidity and a finish marked by strong salinity. Chalky minerality and saline sensations take centre stage, carrying through to a long, elegant finish. • Ideal drinking window: Although already fully mature, this wine has enough structure and acidity to keep developing positively and stay in excellent condition until 2030 or beyond.
