Description
Filipa Pato Nossa Solera is one of Bairrada's most prestigious sparkling wines, distinguished by a dynamic ageing system rarely used for Portuguese sparkling wines. Started in 2001, this system blends wines from different vintages (at least seven distinct bases) in wooden casks. Each year, part of the oldest wine is drawn off to create the sparkling base, and the space is filled with wine from the latest vintage. A Brut Nature sparkling wine (no added sugar), showing huge complexity, freshness and saline notes.
