Description
Quinta do Monte d'Oiro Parcela 24 Tinto 2020 is a high-end, highly prestigious red made in the Lisboa wine region (in Alenquer), focused on the ultimate expression of Syrah. Critics widely consider it one of Portugal's best single-varietal Syrahs, and it was named one of the "Best of the Year 2025" by Grandes Escolhas magazine.
ColourA deep, intense, luminous ruby. The nose is expressive and enveloping, dominated by ripe black fruit such as cassis and black plum, in perfect harmony with mineral nuances, hints of black pepper, cocoa and delicate vegetal notes that give freshness and elegance. On the palate it's austere and sophisticated, very complex, supported by precise acidity and remarkable Atlantic freshness. The silky, satiny tannins show exemplary ripeness. The finish is extraordinarily long and persistent, marked by elegance, depth and distinction.
