This is a very special and unique white wine, made primarily from Caíño blanco (also known in Portugal as Alvarinhão), a native and minority variety of Galicia. This grape's essential virtue is its ability to extract the most from the characteristics of its terroir. Its excellent acidity and delicious aromatic range of citrus and tropical fruits make it an extraordinary choice to pair with seafood.

Upon sight, it presents a captivating, bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it is expressive and elegant, with a powerful and refreshing aromatic profile: seductive notes of citrus and ripe tropical fruits, such as pineapple, peach, and melon, stand out, complemented by delicate saline touches, aromatic herbs, and a subtle creamy nuance from aging on fine lees.

On the palate, it's broad, round, and silky, with an enveloping texture and remarkable persistence. Vibrant acidity provides balance and tension, extending the finish and adding freshness to a harmonious and sophisticated ensemble.
