Château Minuty 281 2023

The vicissitudes of history had nearly wiped out the Château Minuty vineyard, which covered the Saint-Tropez peninsula for over a century. Fortunately, the Matton family purchased the Napoleon III building and chapel in 1936, patiently rebuilding the 75 hectares of vineyard and restoring the property to its former splendor. Thus, in 1955, Château Minuty became one of the 23 estates to receive the Crus Classé des Côtes de Provence designation. Minuty SA exclusively markets the estate’s wines (the OR range) and branded wines (the Préstige and M ranges).
