From old vines planted in clayey, drained soil, they have very small yields. The wines are aged entirely on lees, in 200L, 300L and 500L barrels and clarified by natural decantation, without filtration or isolated.

Its nose evokes quince paste, rhubarb jam and notes of honey. The palate is fresh and powerful, with a vinosity rarely seen in Pinot Meunier. It offers a sober volume, accompanied by wonderfully fine bubbles and a beautiful acidity that prolongs the pleasure towards a salivating line and finish.
