John Clara Black Mole 2020

The grapes, from vineyards located in clay soils in Alcantarilha, are carefully harvested and fermented at controlled temperatures. The wine undergoes 15 days of cuivaison (pelliculaire maceration) and ages for 18 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a balanced red wine full of character.

It is a light red wine, where the aroma of blackcurrant and sour cherry mix with notes of dried fruits, in the mouth it is deep, the tannins are persistent and long.
