Aalto is the result of an extremely meticulous selection of grapes and respectful treatment of the raw material. An excellent quality red that is only sold when the maturation conditions reach the required level. Tempranillo from the Ribera del Duero, Burgos and Valladolid, in the hands of Mariano García, one of the most recognized winemakers in the world.

Mariano García, as Aalto's winemaker, decides when to make a blend of every two batches and when he considers it to have reached its ideal level of aging. Later, I would batch all the wines to drink the entire harvest at once.
