Pessegueiro Reserva White 2023 is a wine of great precision and character, combining vibrant freshness with an enveloping sensation of volume and unctuousness. With a bright citrus hue, the nose stands out for its aromatic intensity with subtle notes of ripe white fruit, apricot and a citrus touch of ripe orange, all wrapped in a light mineral note.

The excellence of the blend is confirmed in the mouth: the Rabigato grape variety stands out with its fine acidity and defined structure, providing a clean and persistent freshness. Folgasão adds body and a creamy texture, resulting in a full-bodied wine with evident unctuousness, but always balanced by a precise acidity that lends it elegance. The six-month aging on fine lees in large used barrels adds complexity and polish to the taste profile, without overpowering the purity of the fruit.

The finish is long, harmonious and sophisticated, with persistent hints of stone fruit and a citrus echo that prolongs the freshness. A white wine of great class and remarkable balance, ideal for pairing with delicate fish dishes, more structured seafood or medium-intensity cheeses.
