Cabriz Ímpar Fortified Wine is a true rediscovered gem, the result of the sensitivity and vision of winemaker Osvaldo Amado. When he took over as winemaker at Global Wines, Amado found, among the forgotten treasures of the cellar, some barrels of fortified wine dating back to the early 1990s. This is how Ímpar was born — a fortified wine that honors the traditional Dão grape varieties, elevated by time and by the hand of a master.

Cabriz Ímpar has a crystalline appearance and a greenish topaz colour that reveals its age and complexity. On the nose, it reveals itself to be deeply complex, with striking notes of dried fruits, candied orange peel, exotic woods and toasted cereal. On the palate, it is unctuous, with a distinct freshness and a long persistence that invites contemplation.

Tasting this wine is more than just a tasting — it is coming into contact with history and a rare moment in Portuguese oenology. Truly unique, as the name suggests.
