Quinta do Piloto COLLECTION is a limited edition made from one of the world's best-known white grapes. This wine comes from a vineyard at Herdade da Agualva – Monte dos Pardais, near Poceirão, owned by the Cardoso family for many years. Sauvignon Blanc is renowned worldwide for its aromatic richness and vibrant acidity.

Nose: good aromatic intensity, with notes of asparagus, grapefruit and a hint of passion fruit. Palate: a young wine with vibrant acidity and great versatility — superb with food, yet also excellent on its own
