Description
Bushmills 10 Year Old is a popular Irish single malt whiskey, known for its smooth, balanced flavour profile, with notes of vanilla, honey and toasted oak. It's aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks and, in a smaller portion, ex-sherry Spanish oak casks.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Deep golden amber.
Nose: Elegant and smooth, with opening notes of citrus (especially lemon), interwoven with the characteristic touch of honey, fresh vanilla and creamy milk chocolate.
Palate: Sweet, lightly creamy and smooth, confirming the nose, with vanilla, milk chocolate and fresh honeysuckle, combined with delicate nuances of toasted oak.
Finish: Crisp, long and smooth, with notes of wood, almonds and honey.
