Description
The limited edition Clase Azul Tequila Añejo Día de los Muertos 2024, also known as "Música", is a collector's edition with very limited stock.
Ageing: The añejo tequila is aged for 26 months.
Special finish: Final maturation takes place in Scotch whisky casks from Speyside and Skye, after initial ageing in American whiskey barrels.
Bottle design: The edition is notable for its handcrafted bottle, which in this 2024 version is plated in 24-carat gold.
Collector's item: As a limited edition, stock is very scarce and it is aimed at collectors.
Jalisco: The Mexican state of Jalisco is the heart of tequila production, the only region in the world where true tequila can legally be made, using 100% Blue Weber agave.
Los Altos de Jalisco (Highlands): The agave plants used for Clase Azul are grown in the Jalisco highlands, an area known for agaves with a distinctive flavour profile.
Santa María Canchesda: The iconic ceramic bottles, handmade and hand-painted by artisans, are produced in this small village in the heart of Mexico, supporting the local community and traditional techniques.
