Description
O Hehn Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature comes from vineyards at 700 metres on a gentle south-east-facing slope, where schist soils with quartz outcrops and a sandy-loam texture contribute freshness, minerality and aromatic precision.
Colour & aromaPale, with subtle salmon glints, it has a delicate, elegant profile. On the nose, fine notes of redcurrant and blackberry stand out in harmony with mineral hints in the background.
PalateOn the palate it's dry, with marked, vibrant, tense acidity, well balanced by an enveloping creaminess and fine mousse. The whole expresses purity and freshness, finishing long and precise with a strong sense of terroir.
