Prior Lucas Baga Bubbles Rosé is a prestigious Brut Nature sparkling wine from the emblematic Bairrada region of Portugal. Made by producer and winemaker Rui Lucas, it is a single-varietal wine from 100% Baga grown on the limestone soils of Vinha da Vera Cruz, with the aim of preserving the heritage of small local growers.

It shows an elegant pale salmon colour, signalling a fresh, appealing style from the outset. The nose is bursting with fresh red fruit, above all raspberry, complemented by a subtle brioche note that adds complexity.

PalateOn the palate the bubbles are fine and well integrated, giving a crisp feel and a medium, dry, refreshing finish. It is very fruity and forthright, with clean, vibrant notes of strawberry, raspberry and blueberry. Its fruity sweetness, while evident, is well balanced, giving it a rounded and highly appealing character.
