The freshness that makes your mouth water, like a squeeze of lemon. It gives a wine tension, length and ageing potential, and makes it great with food.

Description
Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese 2022 is bright, intense and very pure on the nose, with floral and slate aromas. Extremely juicy and hedonistic on the palate, this is a Auslese smooth, enveloping one, with significant sweetness but also a salty spiciness and stimulating grip. This is the Auslese richest I've tasted from Fritz Haag in the 2022 vintage so far.
Brauneberger Juffer wines are always light, balanced, clear and elegant. They show aromas of ripe yellow stone fruit and a touch of the exotic, underlined by a perfectly balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity.
