Description
Bodegas Oliveros, with its long history and status as a pioneering producer in the denomination of origin, is known for the quality of its products and the variety of wine styles it makes, including vermouths.
Oliveros Reserva is a refined, traditional vermouth made by Bodegas Oliveros in Bollullos del Condado, Huelva. Aged in oak barrels, it stands out for its complexity and a flavour that combines sweetness with a dry, spicy touch.
Characteristics:
Colour: Medium mahogany.
Nose: Very complex and harmonious, with an impressive range of floral aromas from the maceration of more than 30 aromatic herbs. The aromas blend perfectly with notes of the old oloroso used in its making.
Palate: Tasty and unctuous, balancing sweet and dry. Spicy flavour and notes of herbs, ripe fruit and candied fruit lead to a long, pleasant finish.
Composition: Made from a selected mistela of Zalema, Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, with macerated aromatic herbs and old oloroso added.
