Scala Coeli Sauvignon Blanc White 2022

Scala Coeli owes its name to the Monastery of Santa Maria Scala Coeli, commonly known as the Carthusian Monastery, a place where the Carthusian monks lived in silence and prayer. It is the result of the best wines produced each year from less traditional Alentejo grape varieties. It was first produced in 2005.
