Faithfully expressing Sauvignon Blanc's excellent adaptation to Bairrada's clay-limestone soils, this wine has a vibrant, captivating personality.
A luminous citrine colour with bright greenish glints. On the nose it stands out for the grape's characteristic high aromatic intensity, dominated by tropical and exotic fruit, harmoniously complemented by delicate nuances of dried apricot.
On the palate it has a fruity, enveloping attack, supported by crisp freshness and lively, well-integrated acidity. Its volume shows balance and elegance, leading to a harmonious, persistent, very pleasant finish.
