Nose: A sophisticated, highly complex bouquet of white peach, apricot and delicate lemon zest. Floral nuances of acacia and hawthorn also appear, with hints of almond and toasted hazelnut. It ends on a markedly mineral note, with hints of damp chalk and a subtle smoky dimension.
Palate: A precise, firm, expressive attack, gradually revealing a creamy, slightly unctuous texture at the mid-palate. The richness is balanced by vibrant acidity that gives tension and freshness. The finish is long, persistent and elegant, carrying a distinctive saline, mineral feel.
