La Malpagada is a structured and tasty white wine, from old vines in Albillo Mayor located in the province of Soria and Burgos.
At first glance, this is a creamy wine with an elegant golden colour, reflecting its ageing in barrels, with density and great volume. On the nose, it presents a complex bouquet composed of primary aromas of stone fruits and white flowers, as well as aromas of fermentation and ageing, with notes of dried fruits such as toasted almonds and aromas of bakery, brioche and honey. On the palate, its creaminess stands out; it is a gastronomic wine, with great volume and smoothness. Its characteristic acidity stands out, which will allow it to be stored over time.
