Description

Domaine Bohrmann Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly 2022 is a white Burgundy made from 100% Chardonnay in one of Saint-Aubin's most prestigious plots, on a limestone slope next to Montrachet. The 2022 vintage is described as generous and of excellent quality, giving vibrant, balanced wines.

This estate is a family property under the Belgian flag. These young producers started in 2002 and have 12 hectares of vines. Sofie Bohrmann, owner and manager, handles the promotion and sale of the wines. Dimitri Blanc, manager, is responsible for growing the vines, making and ageing the wines. They're young in winemaking, so the only way to prove their credibility is by making quality wines.

A complex nose of white flowers, pears and citrus. The attack is fresh and supple, then it opens up, mineral.
