This wine, produced from the best grapes from old vines, fermented in marble lagares, using the traditional “grape tread”, and aged in new French oak barrels for a year, has a deep ruby color and a rich clean aroma. in wild fruits with a connection to mint and spices. The flavor is intense and round, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish.
Great Choices: Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, Petit Verdot and Syrah. Complex, serious and refined in aroma, with many intertwined notes suggesting blackberry, eucalyptus, fine spice, coriander, graphite nuance and a touch of menthol.
