Grapes from Pico Island. Selective manual harvest in 15 kg boxes, soft pressing of the whole bunch, decantation after 24 hours of sedimentation, into fermentation vats. The Arinto dos Açores grape variety, exclusive to the Azores islands, produces unique wines, which express great freshness, citrus aromas with a tropical touch combined with the salinity provided by the Atlantic environment and the minerality typical of the basaltic soils of volcanic origin.
