Volume, freshness and minerality, combined with an enormous gastronomic vocation, are attributes of the Encruzado variety, enhanced by the complexity resulting from an aging period of around 12 months in French oak barrels.

Serious aroma, typical of the variety, which is never exuberant, pointing more towards depth. In the first impact, ripe apple, lime and a touch of orange appear, letting sweet spices like vanilla and delicate toasted nuances shine through. Very structured mouth, maintaining the focus on acidity and texture, lasting in the tasting.

Vinification: Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection on a selection mat. After stemming and crushing, the masses are sent to a pneumatic press where the must is separated from the skins, then subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 48 hours for clarification, fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels, partly new and partly used.
