Wine profile
Body
This wine: 4 out of 5 — closer to «full».
How heavy and full the wine feels in your mouth — from light like skimmed milk to rich like cream. It comes mainly from alcohol, extract and, in sweet wines, sugar.
Wine profile

This wine: 5 out of 5 — closer to «crisp».
The freshness that makes your mouth water, like a squeeze of lemon. It gives a wine tension, length and ageing potential, and makes it great with food.
Wine profile
Alcohol

Made from vines in Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon (59%) and 41% in Avize and Oiry, the NV Extra-Brut Cuvée No. 742 Dégorgement Tardif, matured for 96 months on the lees under cork, offers a subtle, complex bouquet of exotic fruit, honey, beeswax, ripe orchard fruit, chamomile and herbs.
ColourMedium to full-bodied, juicy and textured, it has a vinous, fleshy core of fruit, vibrant acidity and a delicate, saline mid-palate, leading to a long, mineral, ethereal finish.
Disgorged in April 2023 with a dosage of 0.5 grams per litre. This is a Champagne for the table.
