Body
This wine: 4 out of 5 — closer to «full».

Tannins come from grape skins, seeds and oak. You feel them as a pleasant drying grip on gums and tongue — from silky and velvety to firm and chewy.
Wine profile

Description
Crochet Tinto is a prestigious Douro wine made in partnership by two highly regarded Portuguese winemakers: Susana Esteban and Sandra Tavares da Silva.
Crochet is a wine made by four hands that faithfully captures the colossal, untameable spirit of the Douro. It is made by two friends, Susana Esteban and Sandra Tavares da Silva, winemakers who share not only a deep friendship but a common passion for wine and a similar sensitivity and vision of what the Douro can be and has to offer. Together they joined forces to produce this Douro wine, which brings together the feelings and shared experience of many harvests, together and apart.
Colour & aromaIntense ruby. A deep, complex nose of ripe red fruit. On the palate the fruit meets soft yet present tannins. Very long finish.
