Description
Pio Cesare Langhe DOC Rosato "Rosy" 2025 is a limited-production Piedmont rosé, made from a blend of Nebbiolo with a small percentage of Syrah. Named after Rosy Pio, granddaughter of the winery's founder, it's known for its complex aromatic profile and food-friendly structure.
James Suckling:
"An onion-skin rosé with notes of orange peel, crushed cherry and rose petals. It's full-bodied, with a dense phenolic texture and a long, tasty finish. It has the structure of a red. A serious rosé. Delicious now but can age."
