Description
Quinta do Monte d'Oiro Reserva Tinto Late Release 2015 is a highly exclusive top-of-the-range wine from the Lisboa region (Alenquer), released after extended bottle maturation. The producer kept just 515 numbered bottles and 315 half-bottles of this legendary 2015 vintage for this special release, which reached the market 10 years after the harvest.
ColourA deep, concentrated colour with an intense, complex aromatic profile dominated by smoke, liquorice, ripe plum and black fruit. Subtle saline and iodine hints join these nuances, reflecting the Atlantic influence that defines its terroir. On the palate it stands out for precise, well-integrated acidity, firm, elegant tannins and a long, persistent, expressive finish.
Food pairingFood Pairing: Ideal with intensely flavoured, rich dishes such as oven-roast kid, slow-braised pork cheeks or grilled red meats, highlighting the wine's depth and structure.
