Description
Very old Cima Corgo vines planted on old terraces facing north and south at different altitudes, and young Baixo Corgo vines planted on new terraces facing north/east.
Colour & aromaCitrine yellow colour. A nose marked by mineral notes, combined with smoky oak and fresh fruit. A strong entry, especially the combination of freshness with oak and mineral notes. Finishes long and intense.
Excellent with oven-roasted fish and white meat in butter and/or cream sauces. Goes very well with seafood and a range of Asian dishes. Serve at 10–12 °C. Drink now or over the next 5 years.
