Cabriz Impar Fortified Wine

When winemaker Osvaldo Amado took over as director of winemaking at Global Wines, he discovered that, among the existing stock, there were some barrels of fortified wine that, according to records, dated back to the early 1990s.

This is how Ímpar was born, a liqueur produced with traditional grape varieties from the Dão region.
